PAWLY started when our founder's rescue dog Biscuit needed a harness that actually fit properly. What we found on the market wasn't good enough. So we made our own.
Our Origin Story
"I spent ยฃ200 on harnesses for my dog. None of them fit right, none were made sustainably, and half broke within a month. I thought โ I can do better than this."
PAWLY was founded by Lily Park in 2018 in Bristol, UK. After three years designing outdoor gear, Lily applied the same principles to pet accessories โ premium materials, ergonomic design, and responsible manufacturing.
We started by selling at local markets and rescues. Within a year we had a waiting list. Today, PAWLY ships to 45 countries and our products are recommended by over 48 veterinary clinics worldwide.

Yes โ all PAWLY products use OEKO-TEXยฎ 100 certified materials, meaning every component has been tested for harmful substances. Our organic cotton is especially suitable for dogs with skin sensitivities.
For dogs: measure chest girth (just behind front legs) and neck circumference. For cats: chest and neck only. Each product page has a detailed measuring guide with diagrams. When between sizes, we always recommend sizing up.

Free returns within 30 days if the product is unworn and in original packaging. We email a prepaid return label โ no printer needed, just drop it at any post office. Refunds processed within 3โ5 business days.
Most PAWLY products are machine washable at 30ยฐC on a gentle cycle. Air dry only โ tumble drying can affect the shape of padded components. Metal hardware can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Full care instructions are on every label.
